Students will be introduced to the Angel Island through Lenora Lee’s dance performance. They will explore the role of Chinese women on the Island and how stories are passed down the generations. They will create a set of movements based on stories that impact their own lives. This lesson can be used for Art, perfect for grades 4-5.
